Technical specification requirements of project 1 - 800T horizontal


extruder (forging cylinder);

800T aluminum profile extrusion press (conventional stroke,

rear loading rod, servo motor)

Device Description :
1. Main structure
1. The extruder is composed of a main cylinder assembly, a front beam
assembly, four heavy tension columns connecting the two assemblies, a
movable crossbeam driving the extrusion rod, an extrusion cylinder, an
ingot carrier, a main shear with a residual pressure beater, a welded
frame, and an oil tank .
2. Extrusion cylinder device: independent pressure holding, four-cylinder
clamping, four-point precise positioning.
3. Main shearing device: square shearing slider with pressure relief device.
4. Sliding mold device: single-station rapid mold change.
5. Rod feeding mechanism: single manipulator, hydraulic rod feeding from
bottom to top.
6. The extrusion rod adopts a fixed extrusion pad.
2. Hydraulic control system
1. The main cylinder, side cylinder, ingot holder and scissors are
controlled by plug-in logic valves. The hydraulic system has the
advantages of simplicity, speed and low noise.
2. The main machine is equipped with a hydraulic oil cooling system and a
filtering system, which has the functions of cooling and filtering the

oil.
3. The main oil pump adopts a high-performance variable piston pump, the
auxiliary pump adopts a plunger pump or a vane pump and a small-
displacement plunger pump, and the main motor and oil pump are installed
at the lower rear of the oil tank, which has good oil absorption and is
not easy to be emptied, thus extending the life of hydraulic parts.
4. The main machine is equipped with a pressure gauge, which can intuitively
display the system working pressure. It is also equipped with a liquid
level meter and oil temperature gauge, which can observe the liquid level
of the extruder in real time and prevent the oil from over-temperature
operation.
5. Recommended hydraulic oil: 68# dust-free and anti-wear hydraulic oil.
3. Electrical control system
1. The extruder adopts intelligent operating system and PLC programming
control to realize human-machine dialogue, which is convenient and
reliable to operate.
2. The operation panel is provided with a touch screen, a temperature
digital display instrument, switches and operation buttons.
3. The extruder has three working modes: inching, continuous and automatic.
All working modes have different safety interlocks, which can improve the
production efficiency of the equipment and facilitate the maintenance of
the equipment.

5. Safety performance
