Claire’s Stores, Inc. is pleased to share with you, our Concessions Merchandisers, a bonus program designed to increase
retention and encourage individual performance growth. In order to do this, we have designed a Bonus Program that will
provide you with increased earnings based upon your longevity with the Company and/or your ability to meet
performance critieria, as explaned below. This bonus program does not apply to any store locations. Any bonus or
incentive programs that may apply to store locations are detailed in separate programs and/or documents.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Eligible associates must be actively employed by Claire’s on the date the bonus is paid in order to receive the bonus. No
bonus is paid to anyone who has left the company prior to the payment of the bonus.
BONUS PAYOUTS
For Concession Merchandisers without access to the Clarity App via Claire’s provided technology:
Claire’s Stores, Inc. provides an incentive program for these Concessions Merchandisers based on retention as follows:
Concession Merchandisers (full-time, part-time and temporary part-time) without access to the Clarity App via Claire’s provided
technology will receive a $50 incentive bonus for the quarter if the associate:
Was employed at the beginning of the quarter; and
Is employed on the bonus payout date; and
Is not subject to any corrective or disciplinary action as of the bonus payout date.
For Concession Merchandisers with access to the Clarity App via Claire’s provided technology:
Claire’s Stores, Inc. provides an incentive program for these Concessions Merchandisers based on two (2) metrics:
Metric 1: Retention; and
Metric 2: CAST/Salesforce Dashboard Employee Score for the quarter.
The total quarterly bonus award amount will be calculated by adding the results of metric 1 and metric 2.
Metric 1:
Concession Merchandisers (full-time, part-time and temporary part-time) with access to the Clariy App via Claire’s
provided technology will receive a $100 incentive bonus for the quarter if the associate:
Was employed at the beginning of the quarter; and
Is employed on the bonus payout date; and
Is not subject to any corrective or disciplinary action as of the bonus payout date.
Metric 2:
Bonus payouts for metric 2 will be calculated based on the CAST/Salesforce Employee Score as shown on the chart listed
below.

The CAST/Salesforce Employee Score is comprised of four components that are weighted equally (25%) that roll up to the
overall score as follows:
Allocated Time Score - Percentage of jobs completed within the time estimate out of the total jobs
completed. The completed within estimate is defined as being within 115% of the allocated minutes.
Quality of Work Score – Percentage of jobs without any quality control issues out of all jobs reviewed. A job
with no quality control issues is defined as a job which has the work quality field set to “No Issues”.
On-Time Performance Score – Percentage of jobs completed on time out of the total jobs completed. A job
completed on time is defined as the job having been completed on or before the initial visit date.
Reliability Score – Percentage of jobs completed regardless of when out of the total jobs initially assigned.
The total jobs initially assigned consists of all jobs assigned including those which were cancelled or which
were reassigned.
Metric 2 Calculation:
CAST/Salesforce Concession Merchandisers Scores for the quarter:
Allocated Time Score: 46%
Reliability Score: 100%
Quality of Work Score: 82%
On-Time Performance Score: 23%
ADMINISTRATION
1. Bonus awards will be paid quarterly. Bonuses will be paid as soon as administratively possible after the end of
the fiscal quarter.
2. Bonus awards are prorated for time not worked in the following circumstances:
a. A Concessions Merchandiser takes a family, military, or disability leave of more than four weeks.
b. A Concessions Merchandiser is moved to a temporary furlough status due to concessions closures for
more than two weeks.
c. A Concessions Merchandiser takes an personal leave of absence for more than one week.
d. A Concessions Merchandiser begins employment after the beginning of the fiscal quarter.
3. A prorated bonus award will be calculated using the number of full weeks per quarter in the current fiscal
calendar.
4. Any changes in concession responsibility will be effective at the beginning of the fiscal month.
5. For Closed Concessions, your CAST/Salesforce Employee Scores will include all scores up to and including the last
day the store was operating.
6. It is the responsibility of Concessions Leadership to review relevant bonus reports and report any
discrepancies in at timely manner. Therefore, bonus figures can only be adjusted up to 14 days after the
quarter end.
7. All bonus payments are subject to normal/local tax and/or social security rules.
8. The Company may, at any time, amend, waive or terminate the Quarterly Concession Merchandiser Bonus
Program.
