DRILLING SITE AND CAMP SITE SCOPE OF WORKS

A DRILLING SITE

1 PRELIMINARIES:
1.1 Quality Control.
1.2 Cost of homage to youths and community.
SITE CLEARING: Clearing site of grass, bush etc and de-silting of existing cellar and other slab

drains, perimeter drains, etc.
CELLAR PITS, SLAB AND CONCRETE WORKS, IF NECESSARY: Cellar slab will be structurally
3 okay but additional slab layer may be required if current surface is not even or leveled. Rig
Contractor/Consultant to decide.
4 SEWAGE PITS, 1No. of: If Necessary: Septic Tank (ST) and Soak–Away Pit (SAP)
5 SITE STABILIZATION: Compact crushed stone base to 150mm thickness
6 BUNDWALLS: Provide bundwalls to the perimeter of drilling site as specified and directed.
7 ANCILLARY WORKS:
Provide new 85mm deep (minimum) borehole and 7.5HP Grundfos submersible pump for rig

operation, if necessary.
Provide new 40m deep borehole and 7.5HP Grundfos submersible pump for offices and caravans,

COMPLETION SCHEDULE: Estimated as 10 weeks.

B CAMP SITE:

2 SITE STABILIZATION:
2.1 Site Stabilization: Sand filling and stone base works
2.2 Block Walls: Construct 2.1m high block wall fence.
Security Wire Installation: Provide and install security fence wires – Galvanized concertina chain

2.4 Borehole with Submersible pump:
2.4.1 Provide 40m deep borehole and 7.5HP Grundfos submersible pump for camp site use.
2.5 SEWAGE PITS, 3Nos of: Septic Tanks (ST) and Soak–Away Pits (SAP)
2.6 ENTRANCE GATE (INFRONT) AND PEDESTRIAN SECURITY GATE AT REAR END
2.7 EXTERNAL WORKS: Drive–in, Car Park, 750mm dia. Culvert at Entrance, Kerb Stones.

COMPLETION SCHEDULE: Estimated as 12 weeks.
