    Usually the model assignment of an SCM location product is done automatically during the
    creation/integration from S4.
    KBA 0003211808 Model unassigned causing issues in Product Location - Note collection provides
    some corrective notes to avoid such situation.
    I have checked it to you and all corrective notes presented in this KBA are already inside your support
    package.
    What can still be useful to you is the following:
    "To gather a list of materials or locations which are missing assignments, you may implement and run
    the report from note below:
    2719709 - Advanced Planning Location Product model - display missing assignments
    After it, check which of the location products required in the active model are not yet assigned to it,
    and assign these location products manually using Transaction /SAPAPO/MAT1.
    In case you need a report to assign the materials to the model 000 in a mass way, check out the custom
    report available in the note below:

    1865146 How to map ECC plants to different location types in APO

    Plant is transferred to APO with location type 1001 by default. You want to transfer plants from ECC
    to APO as locations with location type 1002 (Distribution center) or 1040 (Store).
    Resolution
    In ECC IMG: Production-> Distribution Resource Planning (DRP)-> Basic Settings-> Maintain
    assignment of node type - plant-> Allocation of node type, you can select 'DC-Distribution center' to
    map the plant as 1002 (Distribution center), select 'A-Store' to map it as 1040 (Store).
    If you change the plant assignment in ECC e.g. from plant to distribution center (DC) or from
    distribution center (DC) to plant then you have to use report /SAPAPO/CHANGE_LOCTYPE, in
    order to change the location type in APO as well.
    If the above-mentioned path is not available in IMG, you can find the node types by using SM30 for
    view V_T001W_DR or table T001W.

    In transaction /SAPAPO/LOC3, Location 1050 has Location Type = 1001 - Production Plant. See
    attached screenshot 01_LOC3.png.
    In S/4 side, however, Plant 1050 is defined as a Distribution Center in transaction S_ALR_87001735.

    Once the Plant is a DC in S/4 side, the Location in PP/DS should have Location Type = 1002 -
    Distribution Center.
    If you have changed the Node Type to 'DC' in S/4HANA after creating the Location in PP/DS, please,
    execute report /SAPAPO/CHANGE_LOCTYPE for Plant 1050 as per attached note 0001865146 to
    update the Location Type in PP/DS.

    If any error occurs, first try to solve in consistency check reports. Then try to check executing reports
    -SA38 & find out the reports -/SAPAPO/*
