SPECIMEN SUBMITTED: One (1) questioned fingerprint labeled as “J.S.A-07-28-23” Photograph and
lifted from the window at the crime scene.
FINDINGS: The first questioned patent print marked as “J.S.A-07-28-23” is identical with the right thumb
fingerprint appearing on the specimen marked as “S1”, As the right thumb finger shows TEN (10) similar
ridge characteristics.
CONCLUSION: The questioned patent print marked “J.S.A-07-28-23” was impressed by the right thumb
finger of one “Ruth Ticawa Apnoyan” whose standard fingerprints appear on the specimen marked “S1”.
REMARKS: The two (2) specimens are both identified and verified, A copy of a report is given to the
requesting party for its purpose. The original copy of the report will be retained in this laboratory for
future reference.

JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT
I, Jemuel Dan S. Alisto, of legal age, married, and with address at #69 St. Joseph Village Navy Base,
Baguio City, is executed to serve as her direct testimony in the instant case. This Judicial Affidavit is
offered to prove:
1. All the allegations in the case of robbery;
2. Including all the ANNEXES appended thereto, which she respectfully requests to be
correspondingly marked as EXHIBITS in this case; and
3. All matters related thereto, with reservation to present additional exhibits in the course of the
proceedings of the instant case.
QUESTIONS were put forward by the plaintiff’s counsel, Atty. Graeme Marrero in English, which he
affiant can speak and understand.
Q2: At what school did you finish your studies and further forensics training?
A: I finished both my Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Master's Degree in Criminal Justice at the
University of the Cordilleras, Baguio City. I Obtained my Forensic Fingerprint examination training at the
National Bureau of Investigation Academy.
Q4: For how long have you been employed in the LCPO-Crime Laboratory?
A: Yes sir.
A: Yes sir.
A: The document is the report of the examination that I have conducted which was requested by the
Station commander of the Camp 7 Police Station 8 in relation to a latent print that their investigation
team developed and lifted and to present it as evidence when required by the court.
A: I received one (1) questioned latent fingerprint and one standard ten print from the Investigator-on-
case, PEMS Banjoe Binocyad
Q13: May you please explain to the court your conclusion as it appears in that report?
A: Analysis, comparison, and physical examination of the questioned latent print marked “DDS-01” and
standard fingerprint marked “DDS-02” revealed that both prints are identical.
Q14: What are your bases for these findings, briefly explain the principles and/or procedures for arriving
at such conclusion?
A: The questioned latent print submitted was initially examined whether if it is suitable for examination.
Analysis resulted that it is fit for comparison and examination was conducted between the questioned
latent print marked “DDS-01” and the standard fingerprint marked “DDS-02”. The comparison and
physical examination of the prints with the use of a magnifying glass revealed that the fingerprint
pattern and its unique characteristics are identical. Also, the ridge details of the same kind with the
same location and face the direction and position. Furthermore, Ten (10) identical ridge details were
identified and the number of intervening ridge/s between them is identical.
Q15: With that result, what is your conclusion in relation to the case?
A: Questioned latent print marked “DDS-01” was impressed by the right thumb of one Ruth Ticwag
Apnoyan whose standard fingerprint appears on the ten-print card.
Q16: Are you confident in the conclusions you have presented to this court?
