METHOD Brush May be used for small areas, inaccessible areas and touch up.
Stir contents of the can thoroughly before use. Thinning is not usually required. However, if
thinning is desired, do not exceed the recommended thinning ratio.

Low VOC Waterbased Metallic Finish

SURFACE The service life span and the service performance of this product are directly related to the
degree of surface preparation.
PREPARATION
 New concrete should be left for at least 21 days to cure before coating.
 The moisture content of the concrete surface should be checked and ensured to be below
6% when measured with a reliable moisture meter, such as the Sovereign Moisture Meter.
 The surface to be coated must be clean and free from all loose extraneous materials such
as loose paint, dust etc.

 If fungus or algae is present, first treat with Berger Fungicidal Wash and leave for 24 hours.
Then, thoroughly rinse and wash or scrape away all the fungus.

 If grease is present, clean using a mild detergent or solvent and rinse thoroughly to ensure
complete removal of the grease, detergent and solvent.

 New concrete should be primed with a suitable sealer coat prior to application of this
product.
 For overcoating over old coatings, ensure complete removal of all loose or flaking coatings
and take them back to a firm edge. Ensure the remaining coatings are tightly adherent.

PRODUCT USE • This product should only be applied over concrete, plaster and masonry surfaces that have
RESTRICTIONS been suitably primed and sealed with a suitable primer / sealer, e.g. Berger Plastaseal.

SAFETY Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wear suitable protective clothing.
PRECAUTIONS Ensure that there is adequate ventilation in the area where the product is being applied.
In case of fire, blanket flames with foam, carbon dioxide or dry chemicals.

FIRST AID Eyes : In the event of accidental splashes, flush eyes with warm water immediately
and seek medical advice.
Skin : Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water or approved industrial cleaner.
Do Not Use solvents or thinners.
Inhalation : Remove to fresh air, loosen collar and keep patient rested.
Ingestion : In case of accidental ingestion, DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Obtain
immediate medical attention.
