Metalloids

Increase from top to bottom, because electrons become easier to lose.

Metals the melting/boiling point decreases from the top to the bottom. Because
The atomic radius increases when an extra shell to the previous element.
Non-metals increase in their melting and boiling points. Because they exist as
covalent solids in 3D networks.
Atomic radius increases from the top to the bottom of the group, because each
increase in period number involves another larger energy level.
Moving left to right, decrease in atomic radius, because of an increase in the
effective nuclear charge.
Effective nuclear charge: increase in nuclear charge from left to right. because of
the increasing atomic charge and constant shielding effect.
Ionization energy: first ionization energy, for most elements, decreases from top
to bottom. Because the outermost electron is far from the nucleus
first ionization energy generally, increases from left to right. due to increasing
nuclear charge
electron affinity, varies diagonally across the period table because, the electrons
added to energy levels become closer to the nucleus, thus a stronger attraction
between the nucleus and its electrons.
Electronegativity:
Increasing trend from the lower left corner to the upper right corner of the
table. As the number of protons in the nucleus increases, the electronegativity or
attraction will increase
