THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS HAS BEEN DIVIDED INTO MULTIPLE STAGES

STAGE I- RESUME - EVALUATION

You will be evaluated based on your resume. If you are shortlisted, you will be notified
within 48-72 hrs.

STAGE II - DOCUMENT SUBMISSION

As a part of the Selection process, we need to verify your documents (mentioned below)
To be submitted via email only (No hard copies to be accepted)

• Identification Proof (Aadhar Copy)
• Valid Passport Copy (Color Scan)
 • Passport Size Photo (35*45)
• All Educational Certificates
• Experience Certificate (Optional)
• Video Resume (Detailed Introduction)

• Financial Support statement Proofs (at the time of Visa Application)

STAGE III - VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS

Your documents will go for an Internal/external verification process. Verification of

documents will be updated in 2 – 4 business days.

STAGE IV - APPROVAL OF ASSESSMENT REPORT AND SIGNING OF MOU

If you accept the assessment report and wish to proceed further. Please make sure to Sign
the MOU copy and register yourself by paying 1,00,000 INR + 18% GST within the next 2-
3 business days, Final amount to be paid is 1,00,000 + 18,000 = 1,18,000 INR (i.e., 1,000
Pounds Approx.)

Note: If a candidate fails in the Interview, the amount of 50,000 INR (i.e., 500 Pounds
Approx.) will be refundable from paid registration amount.

Should we not hear back from you within the next 7-10 business days, we won’tbe able to
keep the assessed profile for you and we might have to stop/cancel your application OR
REAPPLICATION will be done after 90 days!

STAGE V - INTERVIEW ROUND

Once you are registered with us, you will be scheduled for an Interview round. If the
results are positive, you will proceed further. Post clearing your Interview you need to pay
us a refundable security Amount of *11,00,000 INR + 18% GST, Final amount to be paid
11,00,000 + 1,98,000 = 12,98,000 INR (i.e., 11,000 Pounds Approx.) against Interview
management.

STAGE VI - RECEIVING AN OFFER LETTER

Once the security amount and all required documents are received (Including UK Naric /
IELTS UK-VI Results), we will generate your request for an offer letter. Post receiving an
offer letter directly from the employer, the candidate has to pay 11,00,000 INR + 18% GST,
Final amount to be paid 11,00,000 + 1,98,000 = 12,98,000 INR (i.e., 11,000 Pounds
Approx.).

Note: If a candidate wants to discontinue before receiving the offer letter, the amount of
5500 Pounds will be refundable from the paid amount (Once the Offer Letter is received
the entire amount will be non-refundable).
STAGE VII - CERTIFICATE OF SPONSORSHIP (CoS)

Based on the offer letter, Certificate of Sponsorship will be issued by the Home Office.
Candidates will be paying the 4th Installment of 5,00,000 + 18% GST within the 2 - 3
business days. Final amount to be paid 5,00,000 + 90,000 = 5,90,000 INR (i.e., 5,000
Pounds Approx.) after the CoS is Issued.

Please note: Once the CoS is issued, the paid amount is fully non-refundable or non-
transferable.

STAGE VIII - VFS APPOINTMENT

During the VISA process, candidates have to appear for a VFS appointment. Candidates
will have a choice to appear for a VFS appointment through us or can appear directly at
the VFS center. On request, an appointment will be managed and you will need to pay VFS
fees respectively. You will be informed about as and when to appear for Biometrics at your
nearest VFS Centre.

Please note: Once the VISA is approved, the paid amount is fully non-refundable or non-
transferable

STAGE IX - Flight booking & traveling plan for Joining the company in UK at the earliest.
Tickets, Visa application fees/ VFS/ and medical fees are to be paid by the candidates.

Please Note: If there are any other visa/work application charges other than the amount
mentioned above, then the same will get deducted from wages.
