    “A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ACCOUNTING OFFICE TO COLLECT THE


    BANK STATEMENT OF BARANGAY SALVADOR, SANTIAGO CITY TO THE LANDBANK OF
    THE PHILIPPINES (LBP) SANTIAGO CITY BRANCH.”

    WHEREAS, it has been agreed by the Office of the Sangguniang Barangay of Salvador, Santiago
    City, that they recognize the City Accounting Office as one of the department offices involve in the
    financial transaction of the barangay;

    WHEREAS, the City Accounting Office can transact on the collection of Bank Statement of the
    Barangay Salvador, Santiago City to Landbank of the Philippines for the implementation of different
    programs and project;

    NOW THEREFORE, on unanimously accord by the body, be it RESOLVED, as it is hereby


    resolved to authorize the City Accounting Office to collect the Bank Statement of Barangay Salvador,
    Santiago City to the Landbank of the Philippines (LBP) Santiago City Branch.

    RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to all offices concerned for
    their information and reference;

    This meeting was held on 15th day of May, 2023 at Salvador Santiago City.
