    Dear Sir,
    With reference to your Enquiry, we are pleased send our most competitive offer with following
    specifications for your subject site.

    SPECIFICATION FOR KEMPEROL V210 WATERPROOFING

    1. Grinding cleaning the surface to make it absolutely firm, dry, clean and free from oil,
    grease, silicone and any other separating substances.
    2. Apply Epoxy primer to the concrete surface.
    3. Applying the four component mixture of on the primed surface with the help of nylon
    roller/brush with reinforcement 120gsm fleece
    4. Self-curing for 1 days.

    MODE OF MEARSUREMENT:
    Measurement in all cases shall be as per the actual area covered by our treatment along with
    offsets, overlapping, wattas, etc. as found necessary and executed by us at site.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


    1. We required complete dry surface for the application of Kemperol V210 waterproofing
    system.

    2. Water and electricity required for the work shall be supplied to us free of cost at the site.

    3. Space for storage of our material and labor hutment shall be provided for us free at site.

    4. All required civil works to have a smooth, sound and moisture free surface to be provided
    by you. Any repairs required to be carried out on the existing surface will be done by
    you.

    5. Proper and safe access to the working site shall be provided by you.

    6. We shall commence the work within 7 days of the receipt of WO along with advance as
    mentioned below. This is however dependent upon availability of Kemperol materials
    with our principals at the time of receipt of your order.

    7. This quotation is valid for one month from date of submission.

    8. Warranty will be issued in standard saicoatings format for 10 years towards the water
    proofing work.

    9. After the work is completed, responsibility is client.

    10. after the kemperol work is completed ,if in future any damage in kemperol work ,

    If you would like to repair them from sai coatings , you have to pay extra charges

    PAYMENT TERMS AND TAXES:

    1. 80% of the total job value as advance along with work order, 20 % of the total job value against
    material delivery at site and rest within 15 days of completion of work.
    2. Final bill within 15 days from the date of submission of the same.
    3. Taxes: GST Will be applicable as per GST Rules (GST@18% I.E. CGST @9% & SGST @ 9%)
