    RECOMMENDING MODE OF PROCUREMENT SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT Resolution No: 5132Series of 2011 WHEREAS, presented for consideration of the Bids and Awards Committee of Brookside Barangay is an approved Purchase Request for the Purchase of ____________________________________________in the amount ___________________________________(Ps___________) funded from the CY 2011 Annual Budget Specifically ________________________________________ WHEREAS, for promoting efficiency and economy in procurement, Alternative Method may be resorted to in highly exceptional cases as provided by the revised IRR though Resolution #9-2009 which was approved on November 23, 2009 WHEREAS, The BAC will recommend to the head of the procuring entity the use, in proper case, SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT as an alternative mode of procurement; WHEREAS, Procurement of ordinary regular supplies is not available in the Procurement Service involving an amount not exceeding the thresholds FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (50,000.00) NOW THEREFORE, We, the members of the BAC, hereby RESOLVE as it is hereby RESOLVED to recommend _______________________________in the amount of _________________ (Ps _________) funded from the CY 2011 Annual Budget Specifically OTHER MOOE: _____________through ALTERNATIVE MODE, specifically SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT as contemplated in RA 9184 and its revised IRR.
