    History: Enlarged cervical mesenteric axillary lymph node suspicious of lymphoproliferative disease. previous
    histopathology report shows reactive lymph nodes.
    Gross: Specimen container is labeled with the patient's name and medical record number and is marked for site
    as axillary lymph node.
    Fixation: Formalin
    Number of cores: 4 cores
    Core size and block key: Cores measuring 7 mm, 6 mm, submitted in block (A) and 6 mm, 5 mm,
    submitted in block (B). Entire specimen is submitted in two blocks (A&B).
