2. Computer Operator:A. Essential :-( i ) Graduation with at least second class and Post Graduate D i ploma in Computer Application from recognized University. OR Bachelor in Computer Application with first class B. Desirable:-Knowledge/ Experience of DTP Operations and LAN management.

A. Essential :(i) Bachelors degree with at least Second Class of a recognized University with at least Five years experience of University/ Colege administration as a Head Clerk. (i) Basic s k i l and knowledge of Computer. (i) Working knowledge of Gujarati Language.

4. Steno G r - I Gujarati
A. Essential :p (i) ossess a bachelor's degree from the recognized University and having completed six months' Computer Course/Training and having a Speed of 90 and 35 words per minute in Gujarati in Shorthand & Typing respectively and having experience of not less than five years. OR p (i) ossess a bachelor's degree from the recognized University and having completed six months' Computer Course/Training and having a Speed of 100 and 40 words per minute in English in Shorthand & Typing respectively and having experience of not less than five years. p (i) ossess the basic knowledge of computer application, at the time of appointment p (i) ossess adequate knowledge of Gujarati and / o r Hindi.

1.The application should be filed in the candidates own handwriting. 2.A candidate who knowingly or w i l f u l y furnishes incorrect or false particulars or suppresses material information, wil be disqualified and if appointed w i l be liable to be dismissed from service, without any notice. 3.I f the space against any item in the Application Form is insufficient, f u l particulars should be given on a sheet of paper which should be attached to the application, entering at the appropriate place a reference to the sheet attached. 4.The candidate must possess the required qualification at the time of last date fixed for receipt of applications by the University. 5.Canvassing direct or indirect w i l be a disqualification. 6.No application w i l be considered which is received after the last date of recei pt of application and any kind of fees paid by the applicant is non-refundable and no correspondence in this respect wil be entertained. Late receipt of the Application Form on account of postal delay or any other reason w i l not be considered. 7.I f the number of candidates possessing minimum qualifications is large, the University reserves the ri ght to short-list the candidates on the merit-based/aptitude test/written test criteria or any other method for the purpose of caling for interview. The decision of University with regard to the process of selection shal be final and binding on the candidate. 8.Candidate i f caled for interviews w i l have to come at their own expense. 9.The University reserves the r i ght to f i l or not to f i l the post and also make any amendments. 10.Candidates already in employment in University, Educational Institutions, Government Establishments, and Organizations shal have to send their applications through their present employer on or before the prescribed date. However, due to any unavoidable circumstances i f the application through proper channel is likely to be delayed then an advance copy must reach the university Office on or before the due date. Persons employed after making application in response to this advertisement must bring a No Objection Certificate at the time of interview from their employers. 11.A salary certificate showing pay, D.A. and other alowances being paid by their Institution/Office/Firm should be enclosed with the application form and also be produced at the time of interview. 12.Candidates must enclose the attested copies of a l MARKSHEETS and passing Certificates of examinations in which he/she passed i.e. Hi gher Secondary, Bachelors Degree/Masters Degree/Doctorate etc. In the absence of the attested co pies of Marksheets/Certificates etc. application shal be considered as incomplete and such applicants may not be caled for interview. 13.While filin g the details under item No. 8 of the application form the candidate must state percentage of marks division/grade and the subject taken at various examinations; specialization of the subject must be mentioned. 14.In case, the form is downloaded from University web-site the applicant must enclosed a demand draft of Rs. 100/- (for other category candidates or Rs. 50/- fro SC/ST category candidates) alongwith application towards Form Fee otherwise. 15.The applicant should ensure that the a pplication is submitted to this Universit y either in person
