Ques4. Define Perception, Emotional Intelligence and its impact in one’s Personal and
Professional Life. (PASS)

Ans. Perception is an intellectual process where an individual organises and interpret his
sensory impressions to give meaning to the environment. Perception is very important
in understanding human behaviour because every person perceives the world and approaches
life problems differently. Whatever we see or feel is not necessarily the same as it really is.
When we buy something, it is not because it is the best, but because we take it to be the best .
Emotional intelligence refers to the ability to understand, express and control our emotions.
Emotional intelligence helps us to build stronger relationships, succeed at school or work,
achieve our career and personal goals. It also helps us to connect with our feelings, turn
intentions into actions, and make informed decisions on what matters most to us.

Ques5. Why do you think Time has to be managed? (PASS)

Ans. Good time management allows you to accomplish more in a shorter period of time,
which leads to more free time, which lets you take advantage of learning opportunities, lowers
your stress, and helps you focus, which leads to more career success. Each benefit of time
management improves another aspect of your life.

Reasons time management is crucial: Time is limited. No matter how you slice it, there are only
24 hours in a day. That applies to you, and to your co-worker who only seems able to do half
the amount of work you do. But it also applies to the former co-worker who consistently
accomplishes more than you, and was promoted as a result. If you want to rise through the
ranks, you have to acknowledge the importance of finding a way to manage this limited
resource. You can accomplish more with less effort. When you learn to take control of your
time, you improve your ability to focus. And with increased focus comes enhanced efficiency,
because you don’t lose momentum. You’ll start to breeze through tasks more quickly (the
workday will also seem to fly by).

do some morning skincare routine and make myself ready by sharp 1 p.m. to go for frankfinn

literature debates various viewpoints on the concept, sometimes contrasting Eastern and
Western approaches to leadership, and also (within the West) North American versus European
approaches.
U.S. academic environments define leadership as "a process of social influence in which a
person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common and ethical

the power of one party (the "leader") promotes movement/change in others (the "followers").

Ques11. What are the qualities of Leadership? (PASS)

Ans.
a. Authenticity - The quality of being genuine or real is essential in today’s climate, says
Lauren Caggiano, the founder of New Heights Fitness, a gym that caters to beginners in
Fort Wayne, Indiana. Authenticity means “showing up as a whole human —not
compartmentalizing — and being honest about your struggles,” she adds.
b. Compassion - Understanding and appreciating others – especially your employees and
colleagues – makes compassion an important quality for a founder. Brittany Coleman,
the Austin, Texas-based CEO of Tough Cutie, a line of hiking socks designed for women,
shares that “there is nothing more humbling than being an entrepreneur.”
c. Curiosity - Entrepreneurship involves a steep learning curve, so curiosity and a desire to
learn are key qualities for a CEO to possess. Alexandra Schuman, the founder of
Barometer XP, a Washington, D.C., company that uses games and play to build stronger
workplace cultures, sees that firsthand. “So much of leadership involves having to
navigate situations that are completely new to you, and remaining confident and
effective while doing so,” she says.
d. Grace - Sometimes a bit of kindness, understanding and general goodwill will go a long
way. “We live in a noisy and increasingly demanding world,” says Lauren D’Souza,
founder of Ujjo, a line of hot sauces for coffee and other beverages. “That makes it easy
to fall into the mindset that we’re constantly not doing enough.”

Ques12. Why is leadership important? State the 5 reasons which make leadership
important. (PASS)

Ans. Leaders provide guidance, inspiration, and motivation when achieving goals. They help to
create a vision and rally people around a common cause. Leaders possess the necessary skills
and knowledge to make informed decisions and solve problems effectively.
1. IMPROVES COMMUNICATION
One of the most important duties of a leader is to facilitate communication within the
workplace. Clear and concise communication is essential for any team to function correctly.
Effective leaders will make it a point to keep lines of communication open at all times and
create an open and inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing their
ideas. By ensuring employees have a forum to voice their concerns and opinions, a leader can
encourage a work culture where new ideas are welcome, and misunderstandings are avoided.
2. CREATES A BETTER WORK ENVIRONMENT
Leaders have a profound impact on their overall work environment. They create an atmosphere
of trust and respect, which in turn fosters creativity and collaboration. Employee morale is also
higher in workplaces with strong management, leading to greater motivation.
3. IMPROVES PRODUCTIVITY
An effective leader makes all the difference in a team’s productivity. When employees feel
valued and motivated, they are more likely to be productive. On the other hand, a poor leader
can cause employees to become disengaged and uninterested in their work. A team that is led
effectively will be more productive, efficient, and successful overall.
Personality Development – Written Assignment

4. INCREASES EFFICIENCY
A productive leader can help to improve efficiency by getting the most out of their team.
Leaders can help improve efficiency by ensuring everyone is working towards the same goal
and doing what they do best. They can provide guidance and direction and delegate tasks to
make the most of everyone’s strengths.
5. DECREASES MISTAKES
A capable leader is essential for any workplace that wants to minimize mistakes and run
smoothly, especially important in high-pressure environments where mistakes can have serious
consequences. A leader needs to be able to identify potential problems early on and head them
off to avoid costly mistakes.

Personality Development – Written Assignment

Ques15. Define the Term Transactional Analysis (PASS)

Ans. TA (Transactional Analysis) is not only post-Freudian, but, according to its founder's
wishes, consciously extra-Freudian. That is to say that, while it has its roots in psychoanalysis,
since Berne was a psychoanalytically-trained psychiatrist, it was designed as a dissenting branch
of psychoanalysis in that it put its emphasis on transactional rather than "psycho-" analysis.

With its focus on transactions, TA shifted the attention from internal psychological dynamics to
the dynamics contained in people's interactions. Rather than believing that increasing
awareness of the contents of unconsciously held ideas was the therapeutic path, TA
concentrated on the content of people's interactions with each other. Changing these
interactions was TA's path to solving emotional problems.

TA also differs from Freudian analysis in explaining that an individual's final emotional state is
the result of inner dialogue between different parts of the psyche, as opposed to the Freudian
hypothesis that imagery is the overriding determinant of inner emotional state. (For example,
depression may be due to ongoing critical verbal messages from the inner Parent to the inner
Child.) Berne believed that it is relatively easy to identify these inner dialogues and that the
ability to do so is parentally suppressed in early childhood.

Ques16. Define Four Life Stroke Position and its impact while Working in Team. (PASS)

Ans. There are four life stroke positions:

1. I am OK, you are OK - Healthy, confident and optimistic attitude towards self and others.
2. I am OK, you are not OK - I am better and you are not good.
3. I am not OK, you are OK - Feeling powerless, depressed and inferior.
4. I am not OK, you are not OK - healthy pessimistic attitude towards self and others.

These four life stocks are very impactful for working in a team, if we have life stroke, I'm not ok
you are not Ok then we feel unhealthy and pessimistic. If we have of life stroke of, I am not ok,
you are ok then we feel powerless and depressed. If we have life stroke of, I am ok, you are not
ok then we feel others are less than us and we are better than others. If we have life stroke, I
am ok, you are ok then we will able to communicate confidently and we will have an optimistic
attitude towards others.
