    BACTERIOLOGY LABORATORY REQUIREMENTS:

    GROUP REQUIREMENTS (Inside the locker with the glasswares)

    1. Rags (preferably Microfiber all-purpose cloth)


    2. At least 2 Manila paper
    3. Aluminum foil
    4. Masking tape
    5. Gauze Pads
    6. Yarn
    7. Cotton
    8. Yellow plastic bags (large)
    9. Padlock (25/30mm) with Keys- Make sure each member of your group has a
    duplicate
    10. Spray Bottle with 100 mL capacity diluted with 10 mL of Zonrox
    11. Liquid Hand Soap
    12. Small Lysol
    13. 5 Extra Test Tubes Pyrex Glass Borosilicate Medium Sized – as Reserve tubes
    14. 5 Plastic pipettes
    15. Disposable Petri Dish (pack)
    16. 1 Magnetic stirrer capsule
    **** 13-16 can be bought in Bambang Medical Supplies Stores

    INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS

    1. Complete PPE (Masks, Gloves, Head cap and Lab Gown)- NO PPE= NO LAB
    ACTIVITY
    2. 2 inoculating loops
    3. 2 inoculating needles
    4. Sterile Cotton Swabs
    5. Permanent Marker for Labelling Purposes
    6. Extraction Kit (For Blood Agar)
    7. 1 EDTA tube
    8. Personal Alcohol/sanitizer
    9. Pad paper (yellow pad)
    10. Pen and Pencil
    11. Glass Slides
    12. Extraction Kit (For Blood Agar)
