1. SUMMARY OF CURRENT MONTH PROGRESS:-

EXPECTED CONTENTS & STRUCTURE OF SUMMARY

1.1. :- Summary of Progress:-

 Physical Progress & Length Completed :-

 The ROW of the alignment has been marked out.
 The shifting of Electrical and Water Supply utilities is in process.
 Cleaning and Grubbing of the site is completed.
 Alignment of drain has been marked on site.
 Financial Progress is zero.
 Total length of the project is 0.6 km (As per contract Agreement).
 Total length of the drain is 427 M both side.
 Total length of the service road is 427 M both side.
 Minimum vertical clearance of the VUP is 3.5 M.
 Additional detail such as Mobilization status, Completion of structures, Financial
details etc. as necessary.
 Contractor has mobilized 1 nos. of batching plants of capacity 30m3/hr.
 Span of the structure (PUP) is of 7 M, excavation of the same has been completed up to
PCC level.
 No bill is processed till the end of March 24.
 Land acquisition, clearances & utilities shifting:-
 Complete land is not clear for working; local peoples are obstructing the work.
 Water utility shifting work is in process.
 Electrical utility shifting work is in process.
 Process for tree cutting permission is in process.

1.2. :- Current Issues :-

 Issue related to Progress work by Contractor:-

 Due to lag in shifting of utilities work is getting hampered.
 Issues with pending land acquisition, clearance and utility shifting, encumbrances
etc.
 Peoples are disturbing the progress of the alignment.

 Till date no change scope is observed.

Summary of Progress: -
Total length of project is 0.6 Km from Ch. 514/660 to 515/260 passing through the Asola with total
cost of 10.33 Cr. Appointed Date was 10th January 2024 and Schedule Date of Completion of
Construction is 9th January 2025 (with 365 days construction period).

2.2 Obligations as per Contract

Expected Contents & Structure

 Obligations and constraints of Contractor as per EPC Agreement

a) Revised realistic work program to be submitted by Contractor pursuant to clause 10.1.3.

b) Procurement of sufficient Materials as per the Work Program (cement, sand etc.)

c) Identification of quarry and borrow area in advance and procurement thereof commensurate
with the work program.

d) Design Drawing pursuant to clause 10.2 and schedule- I to be submitted commensurate with
work program.

e) Contractor supposed to achieve MS-III and Scheduled Completion within stipulated time as
per CA (EOT Granted).

f) Timely submission of Design Drawings and calculations to Authority Engineer for review is
required to avoid further delay.

g) Safety Consultant should audit all design details that have a bearing on safety of road Users
as well as Pedestrians and Animals involved in or associated with accidents.

h) Submission of three hour video recording covering status and progress of work in each
quarter as per clause no 11.16.

 Obligations of Authority as per EPC Agreement

a) The Authority shall provide to the Contractor:

i. Upon receiving the Performance Security under Clause 7.1.1 the Right of Way in accordance
with the provisions of Clauses 8.2 and 8.3 within a period of 15 days from the date of
Agreement no less than 90% of the total length of Project Highway.

 Obligations of Authority Engineer as per EPC Agreement

a) Review the Designs and Drawings furnished by the Contractor along with supporting data
and recommendations of the Safety Consultant & Proof Consultant in accordance with the
provisions of Clause 10.1.6 & 10.2.4 (a) of EPC Agreement.

b) Review the Quality Assurance Plan submitted by the Contractor and shall convey its
comments to the Contractor.

c) Review the Methodology proposed by the Contractor for different activities and conveys its
comments to the Contractor.

d) Shall inspect the Construction Works and the Project Highway and shall submit a monthly
Inspection Report bringing out the results of inspections.

e) Shall require the Contractor to carry out, or caused to be carried out, tests at such time and
frequency and in such manner as specified in the Agreement and in accordance with Good
Industry Practice for Quality Assurance.

f) Authority Engineer reviewed the pile, pile cap, pier, pier cap, Girder & Deck slab i.e.
Foundation, Sub-structure & Superstructure Drawings.
