    I. IDENTIFYING INFORMATION:

    Project Title: FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION OF MIGUEL L. DACLAN
    NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL – JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL
    Proponent: Culipapa Barangay Council
    Beneficiaries: Students of Miguel L. Daclan National High School- Junior High School
    Project Cost: Ten Thousand Pesos Only (Php 10,000.00)
    Source of Fund: BDF 20%

    II. RATIONALE:
    Water is considered one of the most significant resources that is needed in a school community.
    It enables the school to effectively function, especially on its health and sanitation aspects.
    Water immensely impacts the “kind of life” that the school can have, especially on ensuring
    healthy, clean, and safe environment for the students amid the pandemic.
    Thus, a water system is installed in MLDNHS-JHS and “water distribution” must be
    implemented in order for every classroom, office, CR, and washing area can have access to safe and
    clean water.
    III. Objectives:
     To aid the implementation of water distribution in every classroom, office, CR, and washing
    area of Miguel L. Daclan National High School-Junior High School;
     To help the school in ensuring students’ health and sanitation by means of clean and
    accessible water;
     To support DepEd Order no.10, s. 2016 – Policy and Guidelines for the Comprehensive Water,
    Sanitation and Hygiene in Schools (Wins) Program, issued on February 19, 2016.

    IV. BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS:

    V. EVALUATION and RECOMMENDATION:

    Considering the importance of education is a key to succeeding in life and becoming free from
    ignorance and poverty. The partnership between the Local Government Unit and the Department of
    Education is vital to the community’s growth and development. Giving financial support to a school in
    our Barangay strengthens the ties between the two institutions.
    Moreover, the support given by the Barangay helps the school improve toward its
    commitment to quality education and productive learners.
