    General Information
    Description
    WM-1902-UV is a thermoplastic low smoke zero halogen flame retardant polyolefin sheath
    compound, which is suitable for the sheath of power cables, control cables, signal cables and other
    cables. Its physical properties meet the requirements for flame retardant sheath of IEC 60502-1
    ST8 and TB/T 2476. The cable structure design is reasonable, and the flame retardant performance
    can pass the single vertical combustion and bunched category C combustion test specified in IEC
    60332. The product can add extra additives to get anti-rodent& anti-termite performance.

    Processing Techniques
    Normal extruding machine is applicable. It is recommended to use low compression ratio screw
    with length diameter ratio L/D  20 and compression ratio 1.2~1.5 to improve cable production
    efficiency. Because the actual temperature of the melt is related to the length diameter ratio,
    compression ratio and screw structure of the extruder, the appropriate extrusion temperature
    should be selected according to the specific situation of the extruder. The recommended setting
    temperatures for each zone of the SJ-150 extruder are as follows:
