DEAR PARENTS,
The school shall remain closed for Summer Vacation w.e.f. 27.05.2024 to 10.07.2024 and
shall reopen on 11.07.2024 (Thursday).
Kindly read the following instructions regarding Home Assignment of your ward: -
1. Please see that your ward must do all the work himself/herself.
2. Help your ward to frame the Time Table for Holidays.
3. Your ward must read a good book during holidays.
4. The student must note the new words from the book as read with their meanings on the
full scape sheets.
5. Kindly check the work done by your ward daily.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUDENTS: -


1. Follow the Time Table of the Holidays strictly.
2. Think and follow the instructions before attempting the assignments.
3. Assignment should be done on the separate sheets/as per instructions given by Subject
Teachers.

First Term Exams which will be held in the month of September.

dependency on exhaustible resources. Make a poster on the uses of inexhaustible resources of energy.

If you get a chance to visit wildlife sanctuary of Punjab and National Park/wild sanctuary of Odisha during
summer vacation. How will you prepare a travelogue on it?
Tips for preparing:-
a) Collect the information about the distance from your place and mode of transport you choose to reach
there.
b) Show the wildlife sanctuary/ National Parkof Punjab and odhisa on the political map of India .
c) Highlight various attractions.
c)Mention the ways and means to reach the destinations.
d) Name a few good hotel where you will stay.
e) Give some information on cultural background (traditional food, dress ,dance,crops etc.)

ENGLISH
If you get a chance to visit Temples of Punjab and of Odisha during summer vacation. How will
you prepare a travelogue on it?
Tips for preparing:-
a) Collect the information about the distance from your place and mode of transport you choose to
reach there.
b) How old it is? Who constructed it?
c) Why is it famous?
d)What is the history of the temples?
e) Don't forget to write about the history of famous temples along with the Pictures.
**Prepare a role play based on any one freedom fighter of odisha and Punjab and enact in
