Answer: Agreement

smallest village. I agree with this view. For globalization to truly work, it should improve the
lives of people everywhere, not just in big cities or wealthy countries. Everyone should share
its advantages, no matter where they live.

Everyone agrees that equality in society is important. Therefore, it is important that we
consider equality on all levels for all people. This can be seen not only in the workplace,

of the need to treat everyone as an equal, regardless of race, ethnicity or religion, or
anything else. This is a fact.
