    The Municipal Commissioner of Greater Mumbai invites the following online tender on highest quoted

    Monthly Royalty Amount (Exclusive of all applicable taxes) for 11 months on leave & license basis

    from the bidders those who are not under any penal action such as Demotion, Suspension, Black listing ,

    De-registration etc. and has to submit undertaking cum Indemnity Bond as per Annexure 'C' on stamp

    paper costing Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only).

    The bidders can get digital signature from any one of the Certifying Authorities (C.A’s) licensed

    by the controller of Certifying Authorities namely Safescrypt, IDRBT, National Informatics Centre, TCS,

    Customs, MTNL, GNGC and e-Mudhra CA.

    Eligibility Criteria :-
    The parties fulfilling the following criteria are eligible to participate in the tender :
    Running of Staff canteen in the last five years i.e. from 2019-2020 to 2023-2024 OR the agency
    should have operated in last year or should be currently operating.
    Audited annual accounts for last five years need to be submitted.
    The tender copy can be downloaded from Mahatender portal (https://mahatenders.gov.in).
    The tenderer shall pay “EMD” through online payment gateway before downloading the tender
    documents.
    The technical and financial bids shall be submitted online upto the Bid End Date & Time
    mentioned below.
