What are we looking for?

IAG Media:

We are looking for a media buyer, who will specialize


in running ads in Facebook,
Google and other social media platforms. He will help
ease the workload from Luis
and Dany. He'll be a participant of the IAG calls
with Dany and Luis and will enter the
service delivery workflow. He'll do all the tasks
assigned to him for the day and report
back on the daily meeting.
He needs to have proficient english, enough to be
well understood and perfect in
Writing.

He needs to be willing to go the extra mile, to help


us create pages, learn new
softwares and technologies.
Will come on board as a full-time team member, which
means he can't have another
job or projects running on parallel.
We're looking for someone tech versed that likes the
day to day, doesn't have a
personal brand and doesn't wish to be a super star
We're looking for someone honest and transparent
We're looking for someone open-minded willing to learn

beyond the scope of media buying to do projects like

learning webflow and clickfunnels. Client reporting,
learning to use
API's and creating dashboards in Google DataStudio
or creating tools
and systems for the agency and our clients.

buying and marketing in general. But it won't stop

keep learning and bringing new ideas to the table,

Media buying is worthless... even if you spend $20k
a day
There's actually very little difference between spending

$10 a day, $100 a day or $10k


and $100k a day. The truth is no matter which ad platform
it is the same for all of us.
We media buyers no matter who we work with, no matter
how much money we
have the truth is it is a leveled playing field. I
am now spending over $20k a day on
various ad platforms and let me tell you, my ads manager
in all platforms looks the
same as yours. Believe me I checked! I have no special
button that you don't have
that makes my ads work better than others.
If everyone has the same buttons, can make the same
'clicks' as I call it and in the
end use the platforms the same way, why is it that
some of us rise to the top of
media buying and some others can barely spend any
money let alone see the
returns.
Hopefully you're a seasoned media buyer because you'll
learn what no course will
ever teach you.
Once you have a set structure and have a set workflow
of what you do inside the Ads
Manager (be it Google Ads, Facebook, Amazon its all
the same...) and although if you
don't do this right your ads won't work. At all. Maybe
a little some times. What really
makes a difference is what you do beyond the ads and
the ad itself, give me a shitty
product and even with 2+ years of training I won't
be able to sell it.
It's all about innovation, coming up with new things,
a new marketing message and
a funnel that is groundbreaking. When you come up
with something like that you
change the rules and the gods of the ads will make
the rest, Facebook will take care
of itself. What you need is to be willing to go beyond
everything, be willing to create

something new. Be willing to create pages, be willing


to make them load as fast as
you can. Be willing to create data dashboards to actually
see what's going on.
Are you like that? Finding those kind of people it's
rare. Believe me I interview a lot.
