    Dear Sir:
    Greetings of peace and love!
    I, Nenia Claire M. Cruz, Teacher I and currently teaching Science 8, 10 and MAPEH 10 at Kiaring High
    School of Banisilan South District, Kiaring, Banisilan, Cotabato, heartily applying for transfer of teaching station to
    the nearest secondary schools in my residence following reasons to wit:
    1. That I am a bonafide resident of Purok Mabuhay, Malinao, Banisilan, Cotabato which is approximately 43
    kilometers away from Kiaring High School, Kiaring, Banisilan, Cotabato;
    2. That I can extend many services even beyond official hours and safer travel in going home;
    3. That it is costly and dangerous in travelling to and from school back to my home. At times of heavy rainfall,
    there are portions of the road that are not passable due to landslide and rough roads. There are even areas
    experiencing family feud and it affects my duty since it is dangerous for us to pass by;
    4. That I am diagnose with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome or PCOS. Since I am travelling with my own scooter for
    a long distance with areas that have rough and slippery roads, the gynecologist advises me to stop driving a
    motorcycle because it could lead to a mild or severe uterus disorder which could affect my health and future
    pregnancy plans since I am getting married soon;
    5. That the effectivity of my appointment was August 23, 2018, and I am serving for three (3) years and nine (9)
    months in this secondary school.
