    TASK PERFORMANCE
    Instructions:
    1. Work as a team and do the following:
     Research one (1) emerging technology at present time. Provide the following details:
    o Overview of the emerging technology (must include the developer, composition, and concept)
    o Strengths and weakness
    o Issues/Challenges
    o Opportunities/Advantages/Benefits
    o Conclusion
    Note: Collaborate with other pairs to ensure that your research is different from the rest.
    2. Create your presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint with the following text formatting:
     First slide
    o Calibri (Headings), size 54
    o Must include the title and your names
     Second slide and the rest
    o Calibri (Body), size 32
    3. Limit your PowerPoint presentation to six (6) or eight (8) slides.
    4. Limit your PowerPoint presentation between 10 and 15 minutes.
    5. Print your outputs on a short bond paper with the following text formatting:
    • Font Style: Calibri • Margin: 1” in all sides
    • Single spacing • Font Size: 11 pt.
    6. Submit your entire output in a sliding folder before your presentation. Make sure to include your names on the front
    page.
    7. Have this printed out and include as the last page in the folder.
    8. Your output will be evaluated based on the following rubric:

    The presentation and document contain accurate information. 10
    The material included is relevant to the overall message or purpose. 10
    There is an obvious conclusion summarizing the presentation. 5
    The speaker maintains good eye contact with the audience and is 10
    appropriately animated (e.g., gestures, moving around, etc.).
    The speaker uses a clear, audible voice. 5
    Presentation The delivery is poised, controlled, and smooth. 5
    (40 points) Good language skills and pronunciation are used. 10
    Visual aids are well prepared, informative, effective, and not distracting. 5
    The length of presentation is within the time limit. 5
    The information is well communicated. 10
