and family are the one who will understand him better. He feels by talking to his family about
problems or anything that trouble him, he will get through it. His family will try to help him out
and that was good enough for him. Even though family can be annoying, but still, they care
about the most is helping him out. His family matters to him as they provide love, joy, and
laughter during his weakest point. However, not only family matters to him but his friends

THE PAYOFF OF BEING CYBERBULLIES

Cyberbullying or electronic aggression has already been decreed as a serious public

health threat within any generations and throughout any platforms of social media.
Cyberbullying should also be considered as a cause for many to suffer from mental healthy
and drop in academic performance. Cyberbullying common forms are mainly on mobile
phones and some using laptop and other devices that have access to social media. Bullying
made by using phone calls, messages, pictures or even video clips to threat one another. In
this twenty-first century era, cyberbullying not only targeting the adolescents but the
teenagers too! Nowadays, social media is not a peaceful place to share things with. You may
encounter influencers from kids to adults having thousand or even millions of followers. I
have seen many users attacked people in comments and provoked influencers using harsh
words and caused some to take their own life. People who bully others online are should be
banned from social media sites because they have no idea how those actions of them
caused damage to the person who read. Cyberbullies should be banned not to commenting
or using their social account. The reasons they should be banned because they have
difficulties controlling themselves not to post anything online and talking bad about others.
Other than banning bullies from getting banned using social media, their punishment can be
serious. Schools can be the best medium to have programs to respond to cyberbullying.
Schools may dismiss bullies from sports teams or suspend them from school. Some types of
cyberbullying may violate school codes or even break anti-discrimination or sexual
harassment laws. So, a bully may face serious legal trouble.
Addressing cyberbullying requires a comprehensive approach that includes raising
awareness, implementing preventive measures, and providing robust support systems for
victims. Educational programs, supportive communities, and effective reporting mechanisms
play a critical role in combating cyberbullying and mitigating its effects.

Ultimately, fostering a culture of empathy, respect, and digital responsibility can help
create safer online environments and reduce the prevalence and impact of cyberbullying. By
working together to promote understanding and implement preventive strategies, we can
contribute to a more positive and supportive digital world.

In conclusion, cyberbullying is a serious issue with far-reaching consequences for

those who experience it. The effects of cyberbullying are multifaceted, impacting emotional,
psychological, and physical well-being, as well as academic and social aspects of life.
Victims often face heightened anxiety, depression, and social withdrawal, along with
potential long-term mental health challenges.
