    BENCH TOP STEAM STERILIZERS

    NC 23B / NC 32S Model Benchtop Steam Sterilizers are carefully designed for all
    kinds of general medical applications, dentistry, personal hygiene, beauty salons,
    veterinary applications and sterilization applications in hospitals and clinics.

    STERILIZATION LOADS
    They are designed to sterilize different types of loads as 2 different models and can meet these different needs.

    NC 23B: Ensures safe sterilization of all wrapped, un-wrapped, solid, type A* hollow loads and porous (textile)
    materials.
    NC 32S: Ensures safe sterilization of Non-wrapped solid products, porous products, small porous materials,
    type B* hollow loads, single wrapped products and multiple-layer wrapped products.
    VACUUM SYSTEM
    • Maintenance-free powerful vacuum pump • Condenser that increases the efficiency of the vacuum pump by
    condensing the discharged steam • 4-step pre-vacuum system that eliminates air gaps and ensures full
    penetration of steam into the materials to be sterilized
    • Full drying with the final vacuum applied after sterilization

    CHAMBER DESIGN
    • Stainless steel chamber
    • Seamless single piece chamber for 23 liter model • Possibility to use standard shelves or sterilization cassettes
    with a rotatable rack slide placed in the cell

    Sterilization chamber temperature and pressure, jacket temperature, sterilization chamber "chamber air
    detector" temperature, name of the active program, stage of the program, total and phase times of the active
    program, graph of sterilization cell temperature and pressure values, current date and time, door locations,
    possibility to monitor alarm conditions

    FULL TRACEABILITY AND REMOTE ACCESS


    •Operating parameters can be tracked graphically against time.

    • USB port to record the operated cycles in the memory to a memory stick.
