QUESTION ONE:
You have been provided with serum sample marked “H” for quantitative determination of Uric
acid. Using the reagents and materials provided, perform the test under examiner’s observation
report your findings and comment your findings. (25 Marks).

QUESTION TWO:
You have been provided with serum sample Marked “A, B, and C” Collected from known
diabetic patient in interval of 30, 60 and 120 minutes respectively for oral glucose tolerance test
determination. Using the reagents and materials provided, perform the test under the examiner’s
observations.

B. Draw the graph of Oral glucose test and comment on each sketch (25 Marks).
