that you can do with social media. Here are some tips that might be help you to take

be a good cultural addition to their team by consistently engaging with the company

Social Media has seen significant growth in variety and number of participants
throughout the years; to the extent that it became part of the household itself. The
heavy and unhealthy reliance on Social Media and the Internet in its entirety amongst
families, however, has created a noticeable void in the lack of communication between
its members. Noticeably during family gatherings; members of the family appear
focused intently on their devices rather than communicating with their
siblings/parents. Issues of concern which include internet addiction and sleep
deprivation resulting from long hours of internet use leading to minimum family
communication. Specifically, the various types of social media commonly used in
families and they affect personal space of family members, and content accessed on
social media and their effect on communication among family members. They
depended on social media for advice, mentorship, entertainment and even gave up
their privacy for personal space. For example, in the 21st century, family and siblings
lack appropriate communication motivation, a family’s busy lifestyle, or diverse
personalities within the family; could explain the apparent usage of social media to
