    1. Students are to register for ELD if first language is not English, i.e., student has not been a resident in Australia or
    another predominantly English-speaking country and English has not been the main medium of communication
    and/or instruction for a total period of more than seven years prior to 1 January.
    2. Students are not allowed to make changes to their subject selection after the Add/Drop period.
    3. Requests for any change/add/drop shall be subject to approval by the Head/Coordinator of Programme.
    4. This form is to be completed and read in conjunction with the College’s Rules and Regulations.
