    technology. Our pilot product MSME Sales Booster is a B2B/Enterprise CRM
    solution dedicated to Engineering companies that empowers Micro, Small, and
    Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to digitalise their offline sales through cutting-edge
    software solutions. MSME Sales Booster monitors and analyses the user sales so
    that the MSME users don’t have to spend their valuable time doing this. Our mission
    is to make the work life of all our customers simple, easy and stress free. To do so,
    we are seeking a highly motivated and talented MERN Full Stack Developer to join
    our team and contribute to our mission.

    Job Description:
    As a Full Stack Developer at Sharp Minds Cloud Tech Pvt Ltd, you will have the
    unique opportunity to work on a real-world project that directly impacts the growth
    and productivity of MSME companies. You will be part of a collaborative and driven
    team of professionals who are passionate about leveraging technology to drive sales
    and revenue for small businesses. This opportunity is designed to provide hands-on
    experience and mentorship in the real time (Socket.io) MERN stack (MongoDB,
    Express.js, React Native, Node.js) and its application in the context of monitoring,
    analysing, and boosting sales for MSME companies.

    Our tech stack is as follows:


    Frontend : Next.js, React Native, React, Redux Toolkit, Material UI,
    React Native Paper
    Backend : Node.js, Express.js, Socket.io, Winston, AWS
    Database : MongoDB
    Languages : Typescript + JavaScript.
    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Mobile App Development:


    Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, test,
    and deploy cross platform applications using React Native / React. Implement
    and maintain features all platforms across all device sizes.
    2. Front-end Development:
    Collaborate with our development team to build and enhance user interfaces
    using React / React Native. Implement responsive designs for web and mobile
    platforms.
    3. Back-end Development:
    Work on server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js to create robust and
    scalable APIs that support our sales-boosting applications. Our entire app is
    built on top of socket.io which makes it real time.
    4. Database Management:
    Assist in designing and maintaining MongoDB databases, ensuring efficient
    data storage and retrieval for our applications.
    5. Integration:
    Integrate external APIs and services to enhance the functionality of our
    applications and provide seamless experiences for our users.
    6. Testing and Debugging:
    Conduct unit and integration testing to identify and resolve issues promptly.
    Ensure the reliability and performance of our applications.
    7. Documentation:
    Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of code and processes for
    knowledge sharing within the team.
    8. Collaboration:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers,
    designers, and other developers, to bring innovative solutions to life.
    9. Learning and Growth:
    Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in MERN development.
    Take initiative to expand your skills and knowledge.

    Qualifications:

    • Pursuing or recently completed a diploma, bachelor’s or masters


    degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
    • Good understanding of React Native and the ability to build mobile
    applications in iOS and android platforms across all screen sizes is an added benefit.
    • Strong understanding of JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, CSS, and
    responsive web design.
    • Strong understanding of MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React,
    Node.js) and Socket.io
    • Eagerness to learn and a passion for problem-solving through
    technology.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
