    Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the


    affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to extend the time
    limit prescribed in the judgment dated 10/08/2021 in WP(C) No. 23159/2018
    for a further period of 6 months from today.

    This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application


    and the affidavit filed in support thereof, this Court's judgment dated

    ORDER

    It is unfortunate that the direction issued by this Court way back

    on 10/08/2021 has not been complied with.

    As a last chance, 4 weeks' time from today is granted to the State

    authorities to comply with the judgment. It is made clear that no further

    extension of time will be granted.
