We have absolutely no clues about how and who “YOUR dream buyer”
is but we know ONE THING about your customers, because mine are the
EXACT same… They want a better life. We ALL want a better life. And you
will need to use this into your description. You may feel "Ok, but it's
obvious, so we won't mention it". MENTION IT. In life, if you don't ask, you
don't get. If you don't say it, it doesn't exist.

Now, 2 reasons why we buy what we buy:

---> We buy a product or a service to gain pleasure or comfort

HIGHLIGHT THE BENEFITS BY USING YOUR 5 SENSES!


Please, please, please! This is so important. Leave the features for the
end, as bullet points. (see example on next pages) They're boring. It
doesn't sell, it just supports your benefits. Features are nothing if we
have no idea how the product you sell will help us to get a better life
overall. Features are usually technical, not many people relate to them.
Your job now is to make us dream by telling us what we am *really*
getting from your product! Try to place yourself in your customer's
shoes and visualise that FEELING, THAT OUTCOME, THAT EXPERIENCE when
your customer is using, wearing, touching, smelling, hearing, feeling,
trying, or consuming your product.

How do they feel??? What end result do you offer?


Use adjectives to describe feelings and emotions.
We want you to paint the dream picture.
Make them dream, make them feel like they have your product in their
life RIGHT NOW. Not once they purchased it, RIGHT NOW. Your product is
THE SOLUTION to a problem they're having. Highlight it.

Your customers are your business. Without them, YOUR BUSINESS IS
NOTHING. Now, this is the situation: you're trying to communicate with
them every single day, asking them to buy your products.

BUT to have them to buy from you, you need to


establish a CONVERSATION, not just a communication.

- You need to know what they want + what they need. (2 different things)
- You need to know what they want to gain, their aspirations, their desires
and how do they want to feel.
- AND you need to know what's stopping them to achieve it.
(PAIN POINTS + FEARS)

So then you can use their pain points + fears to influence them by
presenting your products as THE SOLUTION to it, to achieve their deepest
desires. (and promote it everywhere: copy, product description, social
media posts, blog posts, email marketing, advertising)

OK. Fun. BUT HOW?

Check competitors reviews! They've done the work for you already.
AND ASK ASK ASK! Survey, Polls, engage with them! As soon as they
comment on your posts on your social media, keep the conversation
going. Don't just say thanks! Ask MORE to know MORE. You want to know
them by heart, intimately. Create FREE quizzes via Google Docs and send
them to your list, once a month for example and select x winners to
reward them for participating. Launch Giveaways, but instead of asking
them to tag more people, ask them to answer to ONE QUESTION you need
an answer on, to participate. The key is not to WANT MORE. The key is the
KEEP who you already have in your following and email list and get the
best out of them. Quantity is nothing without quality.
