In this situation, he/she cant board and no refunds can be expectedPassengers are requested to be at the boarding point at least 15 minutes .A person shall be denied boarding & not Entitled for Refund unless that person present a valid ticket along with a valid photo identity card at the time of boarding to the bus crew. .Single Lady Passenger booking does not guarantee a lady neighbor besides. .Sindhu reserves the right to Readjust/Change the seat Nos of the any passenger/s, so as to avoid inconvenience to Co-Passengers. .Sindhu reserves the right to refuse to travel a person. .under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, .who is incapable of taking care of him/herself (this does not apply to persons who are accompanied by an attendant or nurse), .whose conduct is such or likely to be such as to make him or her objectionable to other passengers or prospective passengers, .who has pets on board .her person or property for weapons or who fails to provide positive identification upon request, or .who refuses to comply with any lawful rule or regulation. Such persons may be removed from the bus at such place along the route as the driver may select. .Sindhu shall not issue any compensation for passengers removed en route. .Cancellation of tickets purchased online(web) should be done online(Web) only & Cancellation of tickets purchased from Sindhu office should be done in any sindhu office nearer to you. .FOR TICKET CANCELLED BEFORE 3 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULE TIME OF DEPARTURE 10% WILL BE DEDUCTED ON FARE, BEFORE 2 HOURS 20% WILL BE DEDUCTED ON FARE, BEFORE 1 HOUR 30% WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE FARE AND FOR CANCELLATION DONE WITH IN 1 HOUR OF SCHEDULE TIME WILL BE TREATED AS "NO SHOW". .CANCELLATION NOT ALLOWED FOR SPECIAL SERVICE WITH STARTING LETTER "A", "B", "S". ."PLEASE INSIST FOR CANCELLATION RECIEPT, WHENEVER A TICKET IS CANCELLED". .In case of any breakdowns en route Sindhu will refund the amount on a prorate basis at the Sindhu booking counters situated at the origin or destination of the journey. Sindhu will not make any alternate arrangements of travel for breakdowns en route. .Sindhu is not responsible for any breakdowns of audio, video and air conditioning equipment en route or in the middle of the journey. .Sindhu is not responsible for the delays caused en route due to unavoidable circumstances like traffic jams etc. .Maximum baggage allowed per passenger is 15 Kgs only. Excess baggage will be charged as per the company rules. .Bike/s, Computer and carton boxes are strictly not allowed in the .Sindhu will not take responsibility in the event of loss or damage of the passenger luggage. .Sindhu reserves the right to disallow any excess baggage carried by the passengers. .All disputes subject to Hyderabad Jurisdiction only.
