    RE: ADMISSION FOR PRESERVICE TRAINING - 2020/2021


    I am pleased to offer you a vacancy to pursue a Two Years (2) course in Certificate In Community Health Nursing under
    the Regular Category in Lodwar Campus. Please note that due to the COVID-19 situation, classes will be offered online via
    the college e-learning portal until the situation improves.
    The online classes are set to commence on 15th September 2020. You are required to have either a laptop or a
    smart phone and internet connectivity to access the e-learning platform.

    Please ensure you have the following documents which will be presented physically to campus when advised to do so as the
    COVID-19 situation improves.

    a. Original KCSE or KCE Certificates(Result Slips for 2020 KCSE Candidates ONLY)
    b. School Leaving Certificate.
    c. Original National Identity Card/Passport/Birth Certificate.
    d. A print out of this admission letter
    e. Two (2) certified clear sets of photocopies of(a),(b),(c)
    f. Two (2) colored certified passport size photographs taken recently

    (Certification should be by a senior civil servant OR Administrator of Oaths in Kenya)

    Confirm acceptance of this offer by paying a commitment fee of Ksh. 10,000 via MPESA to the KMTC PayBill No. 964150
    and your Registration No. as it appears on your admission letter as the Account Number. After paying the commitment
    fee, an SMS will be sent to you detailing the next steps in your registration process . The deadline for making this
    payment will be Monday, 7th September 2020. Please note that the commitment fee is part of the College fee. The
    remaining fees will be paid as detailed in the fee structure which is part of the joining instructions attached to this letter.

    Please download the joining instructions by logging into KMTC portal using the email address and password you created
    during application. Note that this offer is subject to verification of your original certificates during registration
