Safety Devices & Oil Recovery System and in built starter. The starter unit
shall be operated both from local and remote Necessary Refrigerant Gas and
oil charge.Compressor shall be equipped with inverter controller of Insulated
1 Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) type to be efficient & quiet. The outdoor unit
shall have the multi-step of capacity control to meet load fluctuation and
indoor unit individual control. Heat Exchanger shall be constructed with
copper tubes mechanically bonded to aluminium fins to form a cross fin coil.
Aluminium fins shall be covered by anti-corrosion resin film. Refrigerant
shuold be R410A and COP should be 4.0 minimum.

Insulated Refrigerant Piping
Refrigerant Piping consisting of Suction line/liquide Piping & Fittings, with
19mm Armaflex"O" Insulation with finish as required, Refrigerant piping,
interconnecting the liquid and suction lines between the VRV aircooled
1 outdoor units and the indoor units. The piping shall be carried out of Hard
drawn copper pipes of type 'K' with soldered / brazed socket fittings. Isolating
valves shall be provided to isolate each compressor, strainers, sight glass and
any other component requiring proper operation and maintenance.

5) Payment Terms : High Side : 50% advance , 50% against readiness of units

6) Warranty Period : one year form the date of commissioning or 15 months form the date of supply of units whichever is
7) Delivery Period : Within 2 weeks form the date of release of Po along with advance
