    Notice Inviting Bid

    Bid/ Package no.: NHAI/Tech/TS/NH-563/Jag-Kar/2024 Dated: 23.07.2024

    RFP for 4-Laning of Jagtial - Karimnagar Section of NH- 563 from Gangadhara at Design Ch. 28.000
    (Existing chainage 23/350 on NH-563) to Design Ch. Ch.58.866 km (near SH-1 Ch. 170.400 km) at
    Karimnagar Bypass (Design Length 30.866 km) under NH(O) on Hybrid Annuity Mode in the State of
    Telangana.

    The Government of India had entrusted to the Authority the development, maintenance and management
    of National Highway No. 563 including the section from Gangadhara at Design Ch. 28.000 (Existing
    chainage 23/350 on NH-563) to Design Ch. Ch.58.866 km (near SH-1 Ch. 170.400 km) at
    Karimnagar Bypass (Design Length 30.866 km). The Authority had resolved to 4-Laning of Jagtial -
    Karimnagar Section of NH- 563 from Gangadhara at Design Ch. 28.000 (Existing chainage 23/350 on
    NH-563) to Design Ch. Ch.58.866 km (near SH-1 Ch. 170.400 km) at Karimnagar Bypass (Design
    Length 30.866 km) under NH(O) on Hybrid Annuity Mode in the State of Telangana, (the “Project”) on
    design, build, operate and transfer (the “DBOT Annuity” or “Hybrid Annuity”) basis and has
    decided to carry out the bidding process for selection of a private entity as the Bidder to whom the Project
    may be awarded. Brief particulars of the Project are as follows:

    The complete BID document can be viewed / downloaded from e-procurement portal of NHAI
    http://etenders.gov.in from 23.07.2024 to 05.09.2024 (up to 1100 Hrs. IST). Bid must be submitted online
    only at http:// etenders.gov.in during the validity of registration with the NHAI e-Tendering Portal being
    managed by National Informatic Centre (NIC), i.e., http://etenders.gov.in on or before 05.09.2024 (upto
    1100 hours IST). Technical submissions of the Bids received online shall be opened on 06.09.2024 (at
    1130 hours IST).

    Bid submitted through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security, Power of
    Attorney for signing of Bid, Power of Attorney for lead member of Consortium, if any, Joint Bidding
    Agreement for Consortium, if any, Integrity Pact, and experience certificates apostile at foreign origin, if
    any, and other documents required as per clause 2.11.2 of RFP shall be submitted physically in original
    by the Lowest Bidder before issuance of Letter of Award (LOA) by the Authority. Please note that the
    Authority reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the BIDs without assigning any reason
