 GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Participation is open to all College/University students; they should
currently be enrolled in their College/University and should present a valid
College/University ID card.
Participant must register in advance for their respective events.
On the spot registration will incur an additional non-refundable registration
fees.
Post registration changes like-song choice/team member change won’t be
entertained.
Participants/Teams are to carry their authorised letters at all times.
Participants must select song/act appropriate for all audiences; offensive,
vulgar or defamatory content is strictly prohibited.
Participants are required to arrange their own accompanists or backing
tracks and submit them to the organizers before the specified deadline.
The judges' decisions will be final and binding.
Participants are encouraged to wear attire appropriate for their chosen
genre and performance style.
Costumes or attire considered offensive or inappropriate by the organizers
may lead to point deduction or disqualification.
Participants must maintain a respectful and courteous attitude toward
judges, organizers, fellow participants, and the audience.
Misconduct, such as use of explicit language, inappropriate gestures, or
physical altercations, will result in immediate disqualification.
Participants must be on time for their scheduled performance (atleast 2
hours before the performance) late arrivals may result in disqualification.
In case of technical difficulties (e.g., equipment failure), participants may
be allowed to restart their performance at the discretion of the organizing
committee.
