Responsibility included handling Contracts administration works for Projects & Engineering
Contracts related to Construction Services, EPCM, EPC etc.

Key Deliverables:
 Develop Master Service Agreements (MSA) for Construction Service Contracts
(CSC) and EPCM Contracts, Developing RFP package, Evaluation of techno-
commercial bids, Contract Negotiations and Monitor Contract Award Schedule.
 PO awards for capital projects execution through MSA, Progress Review &
Progress report by Contractor, Online Conflict resolutions, Smooth execution of

erection of Tanks & Spheres for projects at various RIL site locations of Silvassa,
Dahej, Hazira, MTF, Jamnagar Expansion of J3 Project and retails terminals of
Bhopal, Kolkata. Handled award of Contracts to tune of USD 80.56 MM for 143
Tanks, 13 Spheres, 4 Cryogenic tanks, 4 Diesel retails Tanks.

3. From July’08 to Apr’11 (O&M Contracts – RIL Refinery, Jamnagar)


 Service Contracts for routine maintenance & Shutdown activities at Refinery like Hot
tap & Scaffolding services, Rotary Equipment’s maintenance, Plant modifications
project jobs, cooling tower maintenance, and CES misc. jobs.
 Procurement of Cooling Tower materials for maintenance. Procurement of special
scaffolding materials for shutdown jobs.
 Exposure of temporary import of Equipment’s for critical jobs at site like Line stop.

Projects Undertaken in Career span

 Implementation of SAP STAR for Reliance Project services. (01.09.2011 to


31.03.2013)
Project duration – 18 months. Worked as Power user for subject project.
Responsibility includes Framing and updating the processes of contracts system for
project jobs in SAP with aim of Adoption of system-based processes, enabling an
“end to end Digital Chain” and Implementation of Industry Best Practices, facilitating
standardization. Blue printing & Writing end-to-end business processes in ARIS, the
Business Process Management (BPM) tool.

 Roll out of one GCC across all Reliance manufacturing units. (01.07.211 to
05.10.2011)
Project duration – 1 month. Framing and updating of GCC with main focus to have
one GCC across all Reliance manufacturing sites. Major activity involved is Framing
of GCC in line with company’s policy, co-ordination with all sites & legal cell,
drafting and updating terms of existing GCC, SAP system-based mapping &
digitalization.

 Implementation of e-JMS (Joint Measurement Sheet) system across Reliance


Jamnagar site. (01.04.2010 to 10.08.2010)
Project duration - 4 months. Transition from Hard copy-based certification system to
paperless online certification. Major activity involved were Jamnagar site co-
ordination, SAP and SCM modules developments, training to vendors and plant users
and issues resolutions.
