To open the inhaler, hold it upright with the colored base on the bottom. Grip the base and twist the white cap counterclockwise / anti-clockwise. As the cap is lifted off, the dose counter near the arrow on the white mouthpiece counts down by one. (When the dose counter reads 00 the cap will lock and the unit must be discarded.) 2. Exhale fully. Hold the mouthpiece horizontally, firmly close your lips around it, and take a fast, deep breath. Take care not to cover the ventilation holes. (You may not be able to feel or taste the medication as you inhale.) Remove the inhaler from your mouth and hold your breath for 10 seconds. 3. Wipe the mouthpiece dry if needed and immediately replace the cap by twisting it clockwise until it clicks. 4. For a second dose, repeat steps 1 - 3. Rinse mouth after each use. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

1. Opening: Unscrew the protecting cap. Check that mouthpiece is clean before use. If necessary, wipe the mouthpiece with a fiber-free paper tissue or soft cloth. Before twisting the inhaler, hold it upright and tap it gently against a hard surface, to level the powder in the metering chamber. 2. Loading: Holding the inhaler upright, press the button on the mouthpiece with one hand and rotate the inhaler body anti-clockwise with the other hand (by a complete half turn), until it clicks, and the hole in the mouthpiece exactly fits the red mark (dose-loading position). While still holding the inhaler upright, rotate the inhaler body clockwise (another half a turn) until it clicks again, and the hole exactly fits the green mark (dose-delivery position). 3. Administration: Breathe out deeply, not through the inhaler as far as is comfortable. Put the mouthpiece between your lips while holding the inhaler upright and breathe in through your mouth as quickly and as deeply as possible. Hold breath for a few seconds. 4. Closure: Remove the inhaler from your mouth. Replace the protective cap again.
