Mission: To enable digital transformation in India and provide cutting-edge technology
solutions across various sectors.
Products and Services: Telecommunications, digital services, apps, smart devices, and
various SAAS products catering to both B2B and B2C segments.

2. Problem Statement
Jio Platforms Limited has observed that while there is significant awareness and usage of its
popular consumer products such as JioSaavn, there is a notable lack of awareness regarding
its suite of Software as a Service (SaaS) products, including Jio Cloud and others.

This gap in awareness hinders the potential market penetration and adoption of these SaaS
offerings. Therefore, there is a pressing need to develop an effective marketing strategy that
specifically targets and elevates the visibility and usage of Jio Platform’s SaaS products.

- Perform in-depth research on the SAAS market, including key players and segments.

- Segment the market into distinct B2B and B2C groups, after understanding the B2B and
B2B segment Identify the sub segments in B2B and B2C groups.
