Al-Biruni (973-1048 CE), one of the most celebrated Muslim scientists
of the classical period, held that the Quran does not interfere in the
business of science nor does it infringe on the realm of science.

DARWINISM THEORY OF EVOLUTION
Darwin says that evolution is due natural selection.
Natural selection is Darwin’s most famous theory; it states that
evolutionary change comes through the production of variation in each
generation and differential survival of individuals with different
combinations of these variable characters. Individuals with
characteristics which increase their probability of survival will have
more opportunities to reproduce and their offspring will also benefit
from the heritable, advantageous character.
Darwin did two things
(1) convinced people that evolution actually occurs
(2) provided a mechanism by how it occurs.
Darwin's theory proceeds from three easy observations.
- All species have variations within them. Individuals are not identical.
- Some of the variation is inherited (we look like our parents); some of
it random.
- Organisms produce more offspring than survive. Survivors therefore
have some characteristics which contribute to survival.
Variations within species are random, but if they are fortuitous they
will be passed on to the offspring who will have a better chance of
survival to age of sexual maturity and so can pass the characteristic
onto the next generation. Disadvantageous variations are unlikely to
survive as they less likely to be transmitted to the next generation.
Mutations in different species occur slowly, and it might take thousands of years
for a particular species to develop into a completely different one. He
declared that humans evolved from apes, and that thus apes are humans'
ancestors.

however, considering the many physiological resemblances between
people and chimpanzees. Why shouldn’t they have similar DNA
structures in comparison, say, to the DNA differences between men
and spiders?
The great differences between organisms are of greater significance
than the similarities, and evolutionism has no explanation for these if
they all are assumed to have had the same ancestor. How could these
great gaps between kinds ever arise at all, by any natural process?
Nevertheless, evolutionists, having largely become disappointed with the fossil
record as a witness for evolution because of the ubiquitous gaps where there
should be transitions, recently have been promoting DNA and other genetic
evidence as proof of evolution. However, this is often inconsistent with, not only
the fossil record,
but also with the comparative morphology of the creatures.

In conclusion Scientific knowledge is got using scientific method which
involves carrying out repeated tests and yet origin cannot be tested
thus theories of evolution are not right.
ISLAM AND EVOLUTION
If by evolution one means the development and growth that Allah
Almighty has placed in the nature of His creation, then this is
acceptable and the Quran itself talks about it.
According to Islamic view; human beings are a special creation of
Allah. Allah created the body of Adam and his wife Eve from the solid
and their soul from himself, and then through them created many men
and women.
Islam says that God has created this universe and Humans with a specified
goal. The evolutionists’ claim that the universe started from “first atom” and life
started from “first cell”. Who created the atom and cell, the evolutionists cannot
answer.

We created man from an extract of clay. Then we made him as a drop in a
place of settlement, firmly fixed. Then we made the drop into an alaqah (leech,
suspended thing, and blood clot), then we made the alaqah into a mudghah

The Piltdown Man is one of the biggest scandal in the history of
science, where the evolutionists produced an ape-man with bone and
teeth specimens, where the jawbone was more ape-like, and the teeth
and the skull were like a mans.

500,000 thousand years old, and were displayed as an absolute
proof of human evolution in several museums
Flourine testing, a then new test used for determining the date of some
old fossils was carried out in 1949 and the test result showed that the
jawbone didn’t contain any flourine there it was a few years old and
skull contained flourine therefore it had lived a few thousand years.
In 1953 I was revealed that a the skull belonged to a man and the
jaw was for an ape, the two were joined
ACCORDING TO ISLAM
All the Scriptures of the Abrahamic faiths confirm that God created
Hadrat Adam (a.s.) and Hadrat Hawwa (a.s.) and the complete human
race is a descendant of these sole parents of mankind.
Allah Says in the Holy Quran Chapter 4 Surah Nisaa verse 1:
O mankind! Reverence your Guardian-Lord Who created you from a
single person (Adam), created of like nature his mate (Hawwa), and
from them twain scattered countless men and women.
