Grievance Description
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to raise multiple issues regarding the Canara Bank Aurangabad, Bihar branch (IFSC: CNRB0003135), which have caused
severe inconvenience.
Despite multiple complaints to the RBI, no action has been taken. I request immediate intervention to address these issues, including
reviewing CCTV footage, changing the security guard and staff, and improving services. I also request the implementation of small
deposit counters at the gate and clarification regarding lunch breaks.

Rating Remarks Compliant closed forcefully without resolving any issue also no action taken against corrupt employees.
No rotational working rule is implemented. No ncmc rupay card is activated. No ATM cash deposit
machine is working ,very much free salary takers in canara bank. Also their is no customer value. Staff's is
showing locality every time and misbehaving with customer. Set a rotational shifts in Aurangabad Bihar
branch and declared no lunch time. Also keep cctv monitoring through headquarters and attandance
