Activity 1.
1. Open a new workbook and create a blank presentation
2. Enter the labels and values in the exact cells locations as desired. 3. Merge A1 to k1 and type “GRADE 11-FRENCH” 4. To get the total grade of each student AutoSum from B5 to H5, then drag the down to easily get all the total. 5. To get the average grade type on the cell J5 the Formula =AVERAGE(B5:H5) and drag down to get the average. 6. To get the rank of the student enter the formula =RANK(J5,$J$5:$J$12) and drag down to get the rank. 7. Follow the designated color in each cell. 8. Save your work. 9. Screenshot your work and have it printed for submission.
Activity 2.
1.For the Pie chart,use the data above in the activity 1.
2.Go to insert,Click pie chart 3.on the upper portion,click the select data 4. On legend Entries click Add. 4.Type AVERAGE GRADE in series name and click all the data of average from J5 to J12 then enter and click OK. 5. On Horizontal (categories) Axis Label click Add,on axis labels get the data from above click the Name data from A5 to A12,press Enter. 6.You can have your different style of Pie chart either of the two or any kind of pie chart you want. 7.Save your work. 8.Screenshot your work and have it printed for submission.
