    3. SSE/E/W/PGT ltr no.TIR/57 dtd.20.11.2023.

    As per the reference 1 cited above you have awarded the work “Tirur-Proposed
    construction of comfort station in second entry of Tirur Railway station.
    As per reference number 2 above the SSE/E/W/PGT had exempted from the charges and
    the undersigned is assigned to execute the work further.
    The undersigned inspected the site and observed that the civil work of building is almost
    completed and Electrical work is pending with your end.
    As per the LOA you have to Compleet the work with in 4 months from the date of issue of
    LoA. As per reference 3 the matter had already communicated with your firm.
    More over as per LOA, prior approval has to be obtained for 15 items from the competent
    authority. You had not intiate any step to approval of materials yet.
    Hence it is one again requested to kinldy mobilise men and material to complete the work
    at the earliest to avoid further delay.

    In reference to above LOA the subject work was awarded to you for execution by DRM/Works/PGT.

    Upon execution, Electrical arrangements as per schedule items covered under Electrical portion of
    LOA may be carried out in consultation with SSE/Electrical/Works/PGT.

    Further Electrical arrangements as per schedule items covered under LOA may be carried out in
    consultation with SSE/E/SRR instead of SSE/Electrical/Works/Palakkad. Hence the above referred LOA is
    amended as hereunder.

    SSE/Electrical/SRR may be contacted for any contract related clarification/ approval/queries/writing


    of M-Book/submission of bill for schedule items of Electrical portion etc in connection with the subject work.

    All other terms and conditions of the contract will remain the same. Please acknowledge receipt of this
    letter.

    This is for your information and necessary action.
