Sr No ACTIVITY STATUS

1 Obtain the LC & Ensure and identify the correct feeder is Isolated.
2 Visually Check the LCP for any abnormalities and over heating sign, change in colour in LCP.
3 Check for proper glanding, sealing, & clamping of Power cable and Control cable.
4 Clean the LCP properly.
5 Check for loose, missing, broken and corroded hardware.
6 Check the Power and control terminals tightness .(Contactor, bus bar, insulators, CT, etc.)

7 Check the power contactor moveable and fixed contacts tightness and clean the contacts properly.

8 Check the power and control wiring for insulation damages, and bare wire.
9 Check the healthiness of diode/SCR.
10 Check the healthiness of OLR/MPCB/MCCB, Control MCB and metering instrument.
11 Check the healthiness of Exhaust fan and cleanliness.
12 Check the healthiness of Safety Switches.
13 Check the healthiness of Power(MCCB&MPCB) and Control (MCB).
14 Check the healthiness of Switch, Push button, Emergency stop and indication lamps.
15 Check the LCP Earthing.
16 Check the oil level and breather condition.
Check and record the Power contactor coil resistance value.

21 Check for any over heating sign, change in colour in Magnet terminal box.
22 Check the tightness of magnet cable in terminal box.
23 Check and record the Magnet coil resistance value.
24 Check and record the IR value of Magnet DC cable.(Minimum IR value > 100MΩ )
25 Check the Switch Fuse Unit Handle & its mechanism.
26 Check the door lock and gasket.
27 Ensure all tools and tackles is removed from equipment's/location.
