INTRODUCTION

Our project, "Handog Para sa Kabataan", aims to support underprivileged youth by


providing essential school supplies and other necessities, such as paper, pencils, pens,
erasers, correction tape, bread, and clothes. We, the Handog Team, are committed to
ensuring that these young individuals have the tools they need to succeed academically
and feel more confident in their daily lives. Through this initiative, we strive to foster a
supportive community that values education and prioritizes the well-being of its youth.

PURPOSE

The project is worth sponsors' time and resources, it creates supports education as a
pathway out of poverty, builds community engagement, promotes equality, and leaves a
lasting legacy. By sponsoring, partners invest in a meaningful cause that empowers
children, strengthens the community, and ensures a brighter future for all.

DESCRIPTION

It will launch at the beginning of school year which is on July 13-14, 2024 (Saturday-
Sunday) and continue throughout the year. Distribution will occur at local schools,
community centers, and barangay halls in underserved areas in Indang Cavite. The
project focuses on areas with limited access to education and partnering with local
schools, community centers, and NGOs.

Through both in-person and online platforms, the project engages with donors,
volunteers, and the community to create lasting impact. Children who will attend will
receive financial expenses, school supplies such as: papers/notebooks, pencils, pens,
erasers, correction tape, bread, and clothes.

The project will also establish a website (handogteams.org) and a Facebook page under
the username @handogteams

SUPPORT

Handog Para sa Kabataan project, we are aiming to raise a budget of ₱300,000, which will
cover the cost of school supplies, clothes, and snacks for the children. Each student will
receive a set of school supplies, including paper, pencils, pens, and erasers, to help
them stay prepared for school. We also plan to provide snacks like bread and juice to
keep the kids energized during the day. Part of the budget will go towards buying
clothes.
