SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
01. Ensure empty container picked up from nominated yard is clean and in sound condition.
Cost for any subsequent rejections will be on shippers / agents account.
02. If no validity date mentioned under Booking Remarks then the Booking copy is valid for 05 days by default.
The rate validity shall be applicable for the vessel as mentioned in Booking confirmation.
03. Customer need to stuff the cargo in strict compliance within the maximum container pay load capacity mentioned on the container. The cargo owner will be
liable for all the responsibility / cost if the container is damaged due to overweight or improper stowage.
04. The said Booking confirmation is for the intended user mentioned and shall not be passed on to any third party without consent of the Shipping Line.
05. The cost and consequences from the date of pick-up till the delivery of the container to Shipping Line is the sole responsibility of the party to whom the subject
Booking confirmation has been issued. The party would be responsible for the third party liabilities / injurious if any.
06. Any loss or damage to container while in custody of shipper, transporter, forwarder shall be fully indemnified for repair / replacement / reimbursement as
notified by owner / hirer.

08. Booking are released subject to rates. Customer needs to check and file the rates prior to the container pick up or latest prior to container gate in to avoid rate
discrepancies, if any, arising at a later stage, also to avoid Detention and Demurrage charges.
09. Necessary IMCO labels / stickers must be affixed on all four sides of the containers as per the port requirements for loading IMCO CARGOES.
10. No Verified Gross Mass ( VGM ) no loading.
11. Advance Cargo Information Declaration for Cargo Import to Egypt : Since the Egyptian Ministry of Finance has announced to implement Advance Cargo
Information Declaration (ACID), customers are required to submit Shipping Instructions for shipment import to Egypt with below Advance Cargo Information (ACI )
information no later than 48 hours before intended vessel arrival at first load port.
1) ACID Number: a 19 digit number
2) Consignee-Egyptian Importer VAT Number: a 9 digit number
3) Shipper-Exporter Registration Number: a 17 alphanumeric string containing (two letter code representing the country where the exporter is registered-two digits
identifying registration type-registration number, e.g. US-02-1208614364)
Customer to input the above 3 mentioned details in the booking remark column, also to provide a screenshot showing relevant ACI information has passed
validation on Nafeza
(https://nafeza.gov.eg/tportal/web/en/cargo/validate-aci)
12. In order to comply advance manifest filing for PRC, US, EU and any other relevant countries, AMS, ENS and ACI required customers need to file shipping
instruction 72 hours prior planned Vessel / Voyage arrival with full details / Tel no. / VAT NO. of Consignee along with House Bill of Lading details, if any, for all
destinations, failing which late documentation charges per Bill of Lading will be levied failing to comply with above may entail the risk of container shutout and all
cost and consequences on the party account.

14. In case of any dispute in understanding the Booking confirmation - Special Instructions it may be noted that the Terms and Condition mentioned as in Bill of
Lading would prevail.
The booking party/shipper agrees that the carrier retains the right to reject any shipment which is sanctions involved, and if it is later found that there may be
sanctions involved, the carrier has the right to return the shipment at the carrier's discretion. The booking party/shipper agrees that all costs and consequences that
might incur shall be borne by the shipper and/ or booking party.
The booking party/shipper guarantees that himself, the consignee, notify party and end user of the shipment are not an individual or entity listed in any applicable
sanctions or restricted party list unless otherwise agreed. The booking party/shipper and other aforesaid parties shall comply at all times with all applicable
sanctions, embargoes, export controls, anti-boycott regulations and other restrictive measures of the PRC, the US, the EU and any other relevant countries. The
booking party/shipper agrees that the carrier retains the right to reject any shipment which is sanctions involved, and if it is later found that there may be sanctions
involved, the carrier has the right to return the shipment at the carrier's discretion. The booking party/shipper agrees that all costs and consequences that might
incur shall be borne by the shipper and/ or booking party.
Please load cargo in strict accordance with the maximum load limit (max gross) on the container. The cargo owner should be liable for all the responsibility if the
container is damaged due to overweight or other losses caused.
