Classroom management refers to the techniques and strategies teachers use
to maintain an organized, disciplined, and conducive learning environment. Effective
classroom management is essential for both teaching and learning as it promotes
student engagement, minimizes disruptions, and helps to establish a safe and positive
classroom culture. Good classroom management enables teachers to deliver lessons
efficiently and ensures that students can focus on their studies without unnecessary
interruptions.
Five Common Challenges Teachers Face in Classroom Management:

1. Disruptive Behaviour:
Disruptive behaviour, such as talking out of turn, distracting peers, or
causing disturbances, is a common challenge that can derail a lesson and affect the
classroom atmosphere.
2. Lack of Student Engagement:
Engaging students who show little interest in learning or who are easily
distracted can be difficult, resulting in a lack of participation and productivity.
3. Managing Diverse Learning Needs:
