Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to submit visa applications for myself, Mr.KINGSHUK ROY(Passport
No.V2018188), and my spouse, Mrs.SNEHA SAHA (Passport NO. B8040045), for a tourist visit to Turkey. We plan to travel from 15-Jun-2024 to 23-Jun-2024 to explore the rich culture, historical sites, and natural beauty that Turkey offers.
We have outlined our travel itinerary, which includes visiting Istanbul. We are eager to experience the unique blend of modern and ancient attractions that make Turkey such a fascinating destination. The entire expenses of the trip will be borne by both of us.
Enclosed with this letter, please find the following documents to support our visa applications:
1. Completed visa application forms for both myself and my spouse.
2. Passports of both applicants, with at least six months of validity from the date of entry. 3. Recent passport-sized photographs of both applicants, as per the specifications. 4. Proof of travel itinerary, including flight bookings and accommodation reservations. 5. Proof of financial stability, including bank statements and salary slips, to demonstrate our ability to cover the expenses during our stay in Turkey. 6. Travel insurance covering the entire duration of our stay in Turkey. 7. NOC fromemployer confirming my employment and approved leave for the travel period (if applicable). 8. Marriage certificate as proof of our relationship.
We assure you that we will adhere to all Turkish laws and regulations during our visit and will not extend our stay beyond the permitted duration.
