    My Introduction to the Guest of Honor and Speaker

    Ladies and gentlemen, a pleasant and grace-filled morning to every one of us!
    Introducing our guest speaker in this 52nd closing rites is a great privilege to me.

    I know this one is not easy, but I feel elated to introduce him to this momentous event
    because he is a man of virtue and simplicity. After all, he is a living inspiration to all of us. We
    are all very proud of Sagsagat Elementary School, a classic school of learning. But, what makes
    us doubly jubilant are the superb annals that archive the success stories and noble
    accomplishments of its graduates, most especially to our guest of honor, today! His name echoes
    the essence of service, dedication, and compassion. Born on July 28, 1966, at Dongalo, San
    Ildefonso, Ilocos Sur, he was the armful joy of Mr. Melanio P. Ricod _______________and Mrs.
    Potencia G. Galanto______________. Our guest speaker is a proud alumna of this school, batch
    1979.

    He continued his secondary education at Ilocos Sur National High and graduated the year
    1984. Our guest is a man who values education very much, he believes that education is an
    avenue towards success. He pursues his college education at the University of Northern
    Philippines with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Criminology and graduated the year 1993.

    He decided to take the criminology board exam and he successfully passed it. Mind you,
    my friends, he did not stop dreaming because he believes that pursuing higher education is an
    important weapon to becoming an efficient public servant.

    In 1993 he started his journey as a police trainee. He became a police officer 1 from
    1994-1999. His dedication and hard work promoted him to police officer 2 from 2000-2004. He
    became police officer 3 from 2004-2007. He was again promoted to senior police officer 1 in
    2007-2009. He became Senior police officer 2 from 2009-2012. He was promoted to Senior
    police officer 3 from 2012-2015. Senior police officer 4 from 2015-2019 until he retires.
    Currently, he is one of our Sanggunian Bayan Members here in our municipality.

    He was happily married to Mrs. Blanca C. Ricod. Being a father of three gifted children
    is a glory he always keeps namely Mike Jerome C. Ricod police, Mikee Jenine C. Ricod an
    engineer and Monica Jessa C. Ricod an engineer also.

    Without further ado, ladies and gentlemen, please help me welcome our guess speaker for
    todays 52 closing exercise. Mr. CESAR GALANTO RICOD.
